Biographical Notes:

born 1941

Born in Guangzhou in 1941, He Huaishuo had studied at the Hubei Academy of Fine Arts from 1956 - 1960. In 1960, he moved to Hong Kong and then moved to Taiwan in 1961. In 1965, he was graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, National Normal University and won the 1st prize of the Ministry of Education Award. In 1977, he attained the M.A. degree at the St. John's University, New York, U.S.A. He had taught at the Department of Fine Arts, Chinese Cultural College, Department of Film, the World College of Journalism and Department of Fine Arts, National Normal University, Taiwan . He had visited Japan and Korea to study art, who has also served as a judge for various art exhibitions and at a number of art institutions, including the National Award of Literature and Art, the National Fine Arts Exhibitions, Taipei Fine Arts Museum, the Taiwan Provincial Art Museum, the National Museum of History, etc.
