Biographical Notes:

born 1943 in Guanyunxian, Jiangsu Province, family originally from Hexian, Anhui ;

graduated from Nanjing Normal University in 1965;

received a Master's degree from the Nanjing Art Academy ;

currently Professor of Chinese Painting and Director of the Art Department at the Nanjing Art Academy and an Honorary Painting Master at the Jiangsu Painting Academy .

Major Exhibitions:

between 1982 and 2002 participated in 8 exhibitions within China, 2 in Japan, 2 in Taiwan, 3 in Europe, and 1 in the United States.
