Biographical Notes:

born 1949 in Huangyan, Zheijiang province;

graduated from the Nanjing Art Institute in 1977;

currently holds several positions including Director of the Nanjing Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Chairman of the Nanjing Artists' Association, Vice-director of the Jiangsu Artists' Association, and Manager of the Chinese Artists' Association.

between 1973 and 2002 participated in 31 exhibitions within China, 1 in Japan, 2 in Korea, 2 in Singapore, 1 in Malaysia, 1 in Macao, 4 in Europe, and 1 in the United States.
